Yes. Resilience Group is licensed by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC) as a Company Manager, Trustee & Foundation Councillor, and Fund Administrator. We are subject to ongoing regulatory supervision including AML/CFT obligations.
Resilience Group was formed by combining the fiduciary operations previously managed within the Ramparts group with Octopus International Business Services. Ramparts continues to operate as a specialist law firm in Gibraltar. The two businesses work closely together — Ramparts provides legal advisory services and Resilience Group provides fiduciary, fund administration, accounting and compliance services.
A standard incorporation takes 3-5 working days from completion of our compliance checks. Urgent incorporations can be completed in 24 hours at additional cost.
We administer private funds, experienced investor funds (EIFs), fund-of-funds, and crypto-asset funds across a range of strategies and asset classes. Our fund administration experience includes over $1bln+ in NAV.
No. All onboarding, documentation and compliance processes can be completed remotely. Clients are always welcome to visit our offices by appointment.
